Si bien en <strong><em>L\u2019encrier vert<\/em><\/strong> tendemos a inclinarnos hacia la buena y cl\u00e1sica baguette francesa, lo cierto es que las variedades, formas y horneados diferentes abundan, y todos realmente merecen ser probados alguna vez en la vida. Este pan se hace con agua -no con leche como, obviamente, tiene en su receta el <em>pain au lait-,<\/em> y adem\u00e1s lleva m\u00e1s mantequilla. Bueno, quiz\u00e1s porque el ingrediente principal de este pan \u00fanico en su tipo y bastante raro que no encontrar\u00e1s a menudo en las panader\u00edas, es... \u00a1vino tinto, por supuesto! Agr\u00e9gale a la mezcla agua, harina, un pu\u00f1ado de avellanas y trocitos de tocino, \u00a1y terminar\u00e1s con el pan perfecto! Una composici\u00f3n, por lo tanto, muy sana para tu cuerpo.
