S\u00ed, as\u00ed es. Todo comenz\u00f3 con una victoria militar en 1683, cuando el ej\u00e9rcito del Imperio Otomano intent\u00f3 invadir Viena. Los panaderos vieneses, que madrugaban para hacer pan, escucharon a los invasores cavando t\u00faneles bajo la ciudad y dieron la alarma. Para celebrar la victoria, decidieron crear un pan en forma de media luna, el s\u00edmbolo del Imperio Otomano. Agrega el agua fr\u00eda poco a poco hasta que formes una masa homog\u00e9nea. Deja reposar la masa tapada durante 1 hora en la nevera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Laminado<\/strong>: Estira la masa en forma de rect\u00e1ngulo y coloca el bloque de mantequilla en el centro. Dobla la masa sobre la mantequilla (como si fuera un sobre) y est\u00edrala con un rodillo. Dobla en tres y vuelve a estirar. Enrolla cada tri\u00e1ngulo desde la base hacia la punta y forma una media luna. D\u00e9jalos fermentar durante 1 hora hasta que dupliquen su tama\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Horneado<\/strong>: Precalienta el horno a 200\u00b0C. Pinta los croissants con huevo batido y horn\u00e9alos durante 15-20 minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9n dorados y crujientes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Y voil\u00e0!
